Garlicky Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Jump to recipe...

Roasted Cherry tomatoes, simple yet packed with flavor! The cherry tomatoes are thrown on a sheet pan, covered in garlic, basil, evoo, red crushed pepper, salt, and pepper. Then they are baked until they release all their sweet juices and become char/ roasted.

They are garlicky, sweet, spicy, basil-y, tangy, and perfectly charred….I mean what’s not to love right!

Please tag me @zheelicious when you make them so I can see and repost!
