Ingredients:
- 1 pack of savory sliders, I used @kingshawaiian savory rolls
- 8 oz paneer, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese, Amul is my preference (use whatever you have on hand)
- 3-4 Thai chilis, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- Cilantro to taste
- 2 tbsp mayo, I used vegan (you can use regular)
- 1 tsp red crushed pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Black pepper & salt to taste
- 3-4 tbsp green chutney (you can spread on the bread or serve on the side)
- Chaat masala to taste
Garlic Butter
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, shredded
- 1 tsp red crushed pepper
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven at 350°
- In a large bowl mix together paneer, cheese, all the veggies, cilantro, mayo, red, crushed pepper, oregano, black pepper, and salt, and chop masala.
Mix everything until it’s all combined.
- In a small bowl mixed together, everything for the garlic butter and set it aside until ready to use.
- Cut the slider in half, spread green chutney if you’re using, top with the paneer and cheese mixture. Close the slider.

Brush the top of the slider with the butter generously. - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Or until the cheese is nice and melted inside, and the top is golden brown.
