Harissa Mediterranean Sliders, the patty is made from chickpeas with loads of fresh & dried herbs, and harissa paste grilled to perfection, drenched in lemon mint & garlic tahini. You will want to drink tahini, it’s soooo good. I also made a lemon mint & garlic aioli because I couldn’t make up my mind as to which one I liked better with the sliders…. so I made both and everyone liked both with it lol. I’m putting the recipe for both but you can choose which one you like! The aioli is AMAZING with fries.
