First off how adorable are these cute little cups!! These Berry tarts are not only cute, but SUPER easy to make as they are NO BAKE!!!! Just making the filling in a stand mixer and you are done. You can even make the filling up 2-3 days in advance and assemble the day of. Berry tart is filled with light and fluffy not overly sweet and has a subtle citrusy taste to it too. I can legit eat like 10 in one sitting.
